Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder

Where it’s so white as snow

Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there’s nowhere to go

-Red Hot Chili Peppers

How could it be Halloween without ….. snow? I only remember it one time before and it was not significant, just blustery cold and flakes. Typically it does not snow here in October. This storm left behind 6.5 inches + (approx) of wet heavy snow. It’s about 65 now and there is still small mounds of it scattered here and there. Fall leaves are still holding onto trees, full of color. Many branches down and whole trees. So much snow it had me feeling more like Christmas early, so I put on music… sang along and smiled. There is no denying just how beautiful a snowflake really is and how the first one every year makes you feel like a kid again.

There are whispers they are here… it’s time to find a striper.

There beneath it all was this perfect pansy:

If we have no peace it is because we have forgotten that we belong to one another.

-Mother Teresa
