A fish, which you can’t see, deep down in the water, is a kind of symbol of peace on earth, good will to yourself.

Fishing gives a man … some time to collect his thoughts and rearrange them kind of neatly, in an orderly fashion. Once the bait is on the hook and the boat is anchored, there’s nothing to interfere with thinking except an occasional bite.-Robert Ruark

The moon was amazing at 2 am on the water this past weekend. Leaving the dock it illuminated the way, even through some thick fog.

Lots of bait fish around first light with the dolphins chasing them down.

I was able to manage 2 keeper flounder. Still, the bigger ones are staying quiet. Ton’s of sea robin, skate, bunker, and other boats.

Another beautiful day (2 am until 5pm) on the water surround by great company.
